Conflict Minerals Statement

Express Technology Group, Inc. is committed to the responsible sourcing of materials and ensuring that our products do not contain conflict minerals that finance armed conflict. Conflict minerals include tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold (3TG), which are sometimes mined in conditions of armed conflict and human rights abuses.

As an Authorized & Independent Stocking Distributor, Express Technology Group, Inc. does not directly purchase any Conflict Minerals from any source. We encourage our suppliers to adhere to the Conflict Minerals Policy and to drive those efforts throughout their supply chain to help ensure that these minerals are being sourced only from mines and smelters outside the Covered Countries or mines and smelters within the Covered Countries which have been certified by an independent third party as “conflict free.”

In accordance with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Section 1502, and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, we have implemented rigorous processes to ensure our supply chain is free from conflict minerals.

Our Commitment:

  1. Ethical Sourcing: We strive to source 3TG minerals responsibly and support efforts to establish conflict-free supply chains.
  2. Supplier Due Diligence: We require our suppliers to conduct due diligence on the source and chain of custody of these minerals and to provide us with complete and accurate information.
  3. Transparency and Reporting: We are committed to transparency and will publicly report our efforts and findings annually.
  4. Collaboration: We work with industry groups, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the responsible sourcing of minerals.

By adhering to these principles, Express Technology Group, Inc. aims to support human rights and contribute to the development of sustainable and ethical practices within the electronics industry.
