Shipping Terms and Conditions
Unless explicitly stated otherwise by Express Technology Group in writing, all deliveries are conducted under the EXW (Ex Works) terms from Express Technology Group’s warehouse, as defined by INCOTERMS 2020. This means that title to the products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
While we make every effort to adhere to estimated delivery dates, please note that these dates are indicative and dependent on timely receipt of supplies by Express Technology Group. We regret that we cannot accept liability for delays in delivery that may arise due to circumstances beyond our control.
In situations where partial deliveries are necessary, Express Technology Group reserves the right to fulfill orders in installments. Customers are expected to accept and pay for products delivered in part, even if other portions of the order experience delays. A delay in one part of an order does not entitle the customer to cancel other parts of the order.
