Switching Power Supplies

Switching power supplies are a type of power supply that can convert an input voltage to a different output voltage by using a switch and a transformer. They can provide high efficiency, low noise, and compact size for various electronic devices, such as computers, TVs, chargers, and LED lights.

Switching power supplies work by switching the input voltage on and off at a high frequency, which creates a pulsating voltage that can be transformed to the desired output voltage. The output voltage is then smoothed and regulated by using capacitors, inductors, and diodes. Some of the common types of switching power supplies are: AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC.
